Régens understands the need to have an accurate and shared understanding of the project goals and we achieve this through structured requirements. For us, the key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, establishing project requirements, and managing the three major constraints of projects: costs, time, and quality.

We work in close partnership with our clients' management teams in order to gain a clear understanding of their ideas and requirements.

As part of our project management service we provide high quality project coordinators, who are responsible for project goals as well as the entire project process. Coordinators ensure for the proper documentation based on Régens MSZ EN ISO 9001:2000 standards. Our project management methodology has been developed according to the Prince v2 structured approach to project management.

The service and operating levels for the project are outlined in a service level agreement between the service provider and the client.

Our project management activities include:

  • Project scoping and initiation
  • Project requirements establishment and validation
  • Project schedule creation and management
  • Project budget estimation, creation, and tracking
  • Project risk identification, management, and mitigation
  • Project resource identification and tracking
  • Project status reporting and communication
  • Project issue tracking, remediation and escalation
  • Post-implementation review of a project

Quality

Quality at Régens is a continual process and it applies to all phases of the project and to all artifacts and deliverables - including documentation and internal procedures.
