As part of our project management
service we provide high quality project coordinators, who are responsible for
project goals as well as the entire project process. Coordinators ensure for
the proper documentation based on Régens MSZ EN ISO 9001:2000 standards. Our
project management methodology has been developed according to the Prince v2
structured approach to project management.
The service and operating levels for
the project are outlined in a service level agreement between the service
provider and the client.
