Régens' technical and financial background fulfills all aspects of general tendering issues, and we are ready to apply for tenders and to prepare proposals for different programs.

We regularly prepare proposals for national programs co-financed by the EU and the Hungarian government. We have a long track record for successfully completing projects such as Phare, which involved providing technical assistance for the Quality Assurance of the largest IT development project in the Hungarian agriculture sector. We are also a major RTD partner in the FLUID-WIN project, an applied research project co-financed by the European Commission under the 6th Framework program.

We are able to prepare proposals, feasibility studies, tender materials at the highest level of excellence in public procurement, national and international programs.

Structural Funds for human resource development – HEFOP

Under this project, Régens received 70K EUR for developing the skills of employees related to sales, communication, project management, and developer's tools.

Structural funds for strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs

Structural funds for strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs We help our clients to apply for grants to finance their IT investment. The fact that our clients won more than 150K EUR to finance their ERP implementation, hardware and software development indicates our success in this field.

Program for pre-enlargement national projects – PHARE

In consortium with the Danish company Blominfo, Régens prepared a proposal for the PHARE program. In cooperation with our partner we won the tender for providing technical assistance for Quality Assurance of the IACS (Integrated Agricultural Control System) Software development. This was one of the largest development projects in the Hungarian agricultural sector with an exceptionally long project time-span from 2004–2006.

Framework program of the European Community for research, technological development and demonstration activities - Information and Communication technologies FP6 ICT

Régens is one of the most successful Hungarian SMEs in FP6 ICT projects. We participated in more that 6 project proposals and we are running a project under the 6th Framework Program. (FLUID-WIN, STREP, Business Networking)

Structural Funds for Innovation & Applied research GVOP 333

Régens has obtained Hungarian funds for applied research. The WebSense project aims to develop a facility-monitoring system by using new generation tools (smart sensors and RFID technology). The main objective of the project is to establish an advanced telemonitoring centre by using embedded systems and gateway technology.The project is co-financed by the EU and the Hungarian government, Régens received financing in the amount of 230K EUR.

Hungarian Public Procurement

Being successful requires Régens to fulfill the very strict requirements set by the government and to offer good solutions, at competitive prices. Régens is experienced in this field, we have prepared more than 10 proposals as main contractor for PPP and we have won tenders every year.
