Régens was certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2003. In April, 2007, Germanischer Lloyd renewed our certificate with a successful audit of the Régens headquarters in Budapest. We abide by EU standards and are looking forward to international collaborations.
For our company, quality assurance means that our processes and workflow are constantly being monitored and improved. We work out a customized quality assurance plan for every project we are involved in, specifying response time, forms of communication, testing methods, etc. This is how we ensure that our products and services are controlled in each phase of the project. We rely on our clients' feedback and believe that with regular internal reviews as well as corrective and preventive steps we can continuously improve the quality of the products and services we provide.
