The Hungarian Association for Logistics, Purchasing
and Inventory Management (MLBKT) has convened its annual congress for the 15th
year, this time in Balatonalmádi. Each year at this most prestigious event of
logistics professionals, the actors of the Hungarian supply chain can profit
from presentations of the highest niveau and interesting panel discussions.
The slogan for 2007 - "Time is
running..." - indicates that the presentations pivot on the role that
time-factor plays in the supply chain.
This year, Régens Plc has announced a veritable
technical novelty in its exposé. In the informatics section, József Sáfár
Senior Consultant introduced the possibilities offered by active RFID
technology. He spoke of the general status and trends in RFID globally,
technical differences between active and passive RFID, examples of application
and of a unique experiment in Hungary
showing the success of Régens in active RFID application.
