Régens assigns special importance to its membership in the European Technology Platforms, cooperations whose aim is defining strategies of EU research in different domains, and generate collaborative RTD projects to realise the vision of i2010. Régens is the first Hungarian business-oriented member that takes part in these collaborations beside scientific organisations, and large enterprises.
At the end of 2007 Régens become a member of the largest ETP in the IST (Information Technology) domain via joining to NESSI ETP (Software and Services European Platform). Active participation in NESSI activities helps us to strengthen our role and chances in IST research projects. Régens is a part of the SME working group (SME-WG) of NESSI, which WG is targeting SMEs involvement into strategy-making and enhance their involvement into research projects.
