“National Instruments has been a Régens client since 2004 using its Custom[s] software.

Prior to opting for this software, we have verified that Régens was capable of complying with the high requirements set by National Instruments with regard to both the introduction and the support of the software.

In the course of 2005, we have significantly improved our business management system by integrating the Oracle system used by NI through seven interfaces in cooperation with Régens. We jointly drew up procedures and systems, which linked our companies even closer together.

Both systems have been modified in 2007 by extending the integration with another 5 interfaces. In the course of modification, the consultant from Régens supplied us with numerous useful ideas for the new setup. Thereafter, valuable help from Régens kept on coming during the introduction phase and the post-introduction phase. I must highlight the support services, answering time and the suggested trouble shooting solutions.

Based on the above, we are confident of having taken the right decision in 2004. Régens is the most appropriate partner for creating and operating the complex customs solutions used by National Instruments.”
